Your privacy is paramount. We do not require you to create an account to use the App.

We do not store your uploaded images, dietary preferences, or translation history on our servers.

• Images: Photos you scan are processed transiently (see Section 3) and are not saved by us.
• History: Your scan history and "Recent Menus" are stored exclusively on your own device.
• Preferences: Your dietary filters (e.g., "Vegan," "No Peanuts") are stored locally on your device.

3. Information We Collect and Process

To provide the core functionality of the App (menu translation and analysis), we process specific data.

a) Image and Text Processing (The Core Feature): When you scan a menu or upload a PDF, that file is securely transmitted to our server for immediate processing. Our server acts as a secure gateway to send this data to our Artificial Intelligence provider (Google Gemini) for text extraction, translation, and ingredient analysis.

• Crucial: We do not retain or store these images on our servers after the analysis is complete. The image is processed, the data is returned to your phone, and the image is discarded from our processing pipeline.

b) Anonymous Analytics: We collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to help us improve the App's performance. This data is not linked to you personally. This includes:

• App performance metrics and crash logs.
• Basic usage statistics (e.g., how many scans are performed daily).
• Device type and operating system version.

c) Purchase Information: If you choose to purchase a subscription (Weekly or Annual), we receive a transaction receipt from the App Store (Apple or Google). This receipt confirms your subscription status but does not contain any personal financial information like your credit card number.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

To deliver our services, we utilize trusted third-party providers. Data sent to these providers is used strictly for the purpose of the App's functionality.
